Continuing Legal Education: Advocating for Immigrant Youth

Thursday, March 6, 2025
12:00 pm1:00 pm

Join us for a webinar that will provide a foundational overview of immigration relief options for children. We will also learn how recent changes to immigration policy could potentially affect our youth under the jurisdiction of family court and what immigration attorneys are doing to confront the issues their young clients are facing. This training will be presented by Kathleen Irish, a dedicated immigration attorney based in Kansas City, Missouri, with a focus on family-based and humanitarian immigration law. Kathleen is a committed advocate for children in foster care who lack proper immigration documentation and she often works with victims of domestic violence and other violent crimes in navigating their legal immigration options. Missouri Attorneys can receive 1 hour of CLE credit for the webinar. You must register in advance to receive the Microsoft Teams link to join. Register at
