Misty Campbell, M.S., SHRM-C, Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at the University of Kansas will present a strengths-based approach to advocating for CASA children and families. This approach is rooted in sociologist Elijah Anderson's "Code of the Streets" theory. The training will cover community trauma, poverty, and safety decision making. Join in person at the Jackson County CASA office or virtually via Microsoft Teams.
