If you have received an email with your Portal Username and Password, please enter them and click the "Log In" button below.

If your username and password are not working, please click the Need a Username? link below.  Fill out all of the User Information fields on the next page and click the "Request Account" button at the bottom of the page. For convenience, you may create your Username and Password to be the same as your existing OPTIMA Username and Password, however, you will still need to re-enter your OPTIMA Username and Password on the OPTIMA log-in page. 

Usernames cannot contain spaces and must not match any existing Username on the site.

To be valid, passwords should contain at least 1 letter and 1 number; can contain the @ # $ ^ * ! - characters; be at least 6 characters in length; not be the word PASSWORD; and not be the same as your username.
