Unconscious Bias Workshop
Through this workshop, participants will: 1). understand a common definition of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. 2). Learn about the role of unconscious bias in how we connect with people. 3). Learn, apply, and practice inclusive behaviors to create a feeling of belonging wherever you are.
This workshop is led by Susan Hines, a certified DEI practitioner and an internationally certified coach with 20+ years of experience in serving diverse populations around the world as a teacher, trainer, and facilitator. Susan is currently a Global Talent and Learning Partner for an international company, and she passionately serves on the Board of Education for North Kansas City Schools. As a board member, she is part of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisory Council and Taskforce.
